Combat Fitness – Fit 2 Fight

Combat fit is an all-around fitness strength training program designed to build your core. The Combat Fitness class is a 45min long class of a very meticulous set of exercises. It is an intense workout put together to challenge your endurance and build your stamina to be able to endure a real fight. Unique in its concept, the entire objective of this class is Functional Strength!
